Shipping Policy

At Forget Them Not, we are committed to delivering high-quality greeting cards that make it easy for you to stay connected with the people who matter most. Please review our shipping policy below:

Card Delivery Timing
We will deliver birthday cards to you 2-3 weeks before the recipient’s birthdate, giving you plenty of time to sign, seal, and send the card yourself. This ensures you never miss an important occasion. For all orders placed within 3 weeks of a birthdate, we will process your card within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Method
All cards are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, unless otherwise noted. Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you require expedited shipping or tracking, please contact us before your scheduled shipment.

Processing Time
Once your subscription is active and recipient information is submitted, we will automatically schedule your shipments based on the birthdates you provide. Please ensure all dates and addresses are accurate to avoid delays.

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
